Alex Canter is the 4th generation of his family’s business Canter’s Deli in Los Angeles. He noticed there were so many payment systems for taking orders via ecommerce - DoorDash, Postmates, Uber Eats, Chow Now. This led him to found Ordermark, which streamlines the payment process and tracking for restaurants when accepting ecommerce orders. This will be a fireside chat on the advantages of ghost kitchens and ecommerce for restaurants.
